"Cuts!!!"

As cuts have been made in the NHS as in all public sectors, re-shuffling has occured. This now means that the lovely Janet who was always on reception at the Biomechanics to answer the phone and answer any queries is no longer there and hidden away in the central office. Not only am I sceptical about the actual money saved by doing this, I also feel that the service offered now is far inferior to the one offered 5 years ago. I need Biomenchanics treatment at least every 4 months and am a busy working Mum. I now feel that it is impossible to reach anyone at the department,let alone leave a message and my quality of treatment has therefore been compromised, forcing me to look at private,costly alternatives!
