"Hopeless!!"

Just sent round in circles, rang the national customer service line who couldnt help me. Gave me the number of the manager of Norwich delivery office. the number just rang and rang and rang. Were payting a minimum of 60 p for a first class delivery per item costs the company £600 for the privilidge of the royal mail delivering our business mail when they feel like it...no accountability it seems!!! utter rubbish!!!.
