A review of Norwich NHS Walk-In Centre by Pitstop written on Wednesday 24th of August 2011
I had a tooth out and on the Sunday afterwards was in agony with what I now know is "dry socket". This pain is worse than toothache and the only place open was A&E or the drop in centre.
It was the first time I have been and it was a brilliant place.I didn't have to wait ages and was very well looked after. I was prescribed antibiotics and pain killers.
If you have something that needs attention out of regular doctor's hours and can get there I would thoroughly recommend it.
It's a pity there isn't an "out of town" one aswell as it's not nice walking through a crowded mall when you feel very unwell.Plus parking is sometimes a problem..
