"Not happy with food and they dont reply to emails"

Thought i would put this on here as they dont reply to emails.

Booked a Sunday lunch with you on 3rd April for 2pm, was told would have to wait for a few minutes for table to be made ready, ended up waiting for 15mins even though there were some empty tables available in the bar area, Finally got our table and waitress took our order, 30mins later the meal turned up which is not good having to wait for that length of time for a standard roast dinner, the way it was presented was not good either, only one half of a carrot(bit mean) and the meat was put on top of the roast potatoes presumably to heat the meat up or was it to keep to roasties hot? not sure which, the side vegetables were put onto a normal dinner plate (not very professional) instead of a dish, so overall appearence not good.

We then ordered desert which took 10 mins again not good but compared to other tables being waitered on we were lucky in it only being 10 mins, we did make observations during our waitng time and noted that one table got free drinks as their starters got forgotten, the table next to us were moaning due to length of waiting time, and the table the other side of us waited 20mins for their deserts.

It seemed to us that you either had not enough waitresses on duty or you took to many bookings as it was mothering sunday and then found you could'nt cope, so all in all not a good experience, my partner was not happy having to wait all that time and it did ruin her day as it was a mothering sunday treat, her daughter was not happy either and totally bored and i for one cannot see me booking here again next year.
