"Disappointed !!!!"

We came to meet up for a family lunch and after eating in the cellar house before my parents rebooked a table. The party consisted of 7 adults 3 of whom had to drive home from norwich to london and kent. We ordered 3 lasagnas and 4 roasts 3 had starters and the other opted for deserts. The whole experience was slow we waited agers for our starters and then waited again for the table to be cleared and again fot the main courses and deserts. The Lasagne was average and small with a little salad with no dressing (and not offered). My partner thought it didnt smell cook and shortly after leaving and arriving at my parents my sister and i spent much of the next hour on the toilet with stomach cramps. our overall experience was of very slow service, we were there for just over 2 hours. An apology was made at the end of the meal saying one staff member was sick. I feel we should have been advised when we arrived that the service would be very slow and this maybe would have resulted in us eating elsewhere. Overall experience was not good and i would not eat hee again..
