First time visit to salon on 20th January, called salon three days before and left a message, was called back when they reopened next day, v courteous and helpful reception staff. Was asked to call in for a skin test 48 hours prior to colour, having had various types of colour on my hair for almost 14 years at lots of different salons this was the first time I've been given a sensitivity test - made me think other places I've been haven't been as thorough as they should have been!

Debbie highlighted and cut my hair, I was given a lengthy consultation and offered lots of options and prices were explained without me having to ask. All staff were very friendly and cups of tea kept coming! The result was a great colour and cut that two weeks later is still falling into place with little styling or effort with the hairdryer.

As a first time visitor the £85 bill was reduced by 25%. Excellent value in my opinion. Have visited Hooloovoo, Kinki Boutique and Kinki Style Lab (before it closed in October) since moving to Norwich two years ago and found them to be expensive for mediocre cuts and aloof staff who didn't listen to what I wanted. In Cream I have found a salon I will definitely be going back to and probably making my regular salon.

Cream is a family run, professional business who "punch above their weight" for a very reasonable price.
