"A bit like a cattle market!"

Went for the first time today as a walk in client. the young girl just pointed to a chair and said "wait there" after about 10mins another young girl said right whos next i stood up and i juat had to follow her all the way upstairs... no introduction or welcome what so ever. sat in chair for a bout a minute while she asked what i wanted done then she pointed downstairs to the hairwashing place where i had to que... evenutally someone said just sit over there by that sink then i had to wait about 10/15 mins to get hair washed. while im waiting towels are being thrown into bins from across the room... another girl just threw a load of clean towls onto a shelf... no folding at all!! spare sinks where piled high with dirty colour pots and towels. eventually this voice from behind me just said right who was first (there was another lady waiting next to me)and then my hair got washed... again no hello, introduction or anything! then i was told to go back to my chair where my stylist was waiting sitting in my chair playing with her phone!... she started to cut my hair... not the best cut in the world but then it was only £10.... the whole time i was there not one person introduced themselves or asked my name...all very unprofessional!!!.
