"To stop fines"

New to area and read reviews and was concerned about the parking fines people received. I spoke to the Sports Centre who informed me when you pay at reception give them you car reg and sign the form this will allow you to park longer. BUT if you are caught leaving the sport centre and leaving your car there, ie shopping or football matches then the fine will stand.

Its sad that people have been caught without having this explained.
