Firstly you start you review and i quote "i agree " what or whom are you agreeing with the last bad review this pub had was way back in March 2009 ! and then you go on to say you wished you had read that review first ommiting all the good reviews you must of read.. I am sorry but i find your review to be unfair and unjust !.. I am to belive that the Landlord of only 2years has worked wonders with this pub ! My first visit was also on a friends recommendation and unlike yourself we found the food and staff excellant infact the staff ( incl the kitchen) go out of there way to accomodate our needs ! we now use the pub reguarly to eat at different times and never have had a bad experiance...The pub can be very busy but still the staff are smiling and friendly the food is always up too my expections..Comment cards are on the tables did you not fill one of these out or even feel the need to discuss your dissapoitment with the staff !..The new winter menu is out and i can highly recommend it..Infact i highly recommed the CELLARHOUSE as a whole !! Oh one more thing MR Barnes CELLARHOUSE is all one word and HOUSE is spelt HOUSE and not HOSUE.....
