Finding a restaurant in Norwich to suit the tastebuds of my German husband is not exactly an easy task and during our recent stay there we tried several places in and around the city. We were invited to the Rushcutters by friends on our last evening and were more than satisfied with the food, so much so that we had one last lunch there the following day prior to our journey home. After reading other reviews I come to the conclusion that a new cook must have been engaged in 2010, perhaps following the refurbishment. The staff were friendly, the meal was served quickly although all tables seem to have been occupied and we will definitely return on our next visit to Norwich..
