"Accomadating"

The staff at mercury were both helpful and informative.

I bought a phone for myself and my wife and they bent over backwards to help. They were particularly keen to help my wife who is quite alot younger than me and understands these things a little better than myself.

At one point they even took here out the back and all took turns at showing her the various different operations and it must have been helpful because she was extremely happy when she came back out. My only complaint would be the reliability of the phones, especially my wifes. Shes been back three times this week to have her buttons pressed because they were a little stiff.
