I found my experience in Norwich Game very useful. The staff were extremely helpful. I did get asked for ID. I realise that it's their job to ask and rightly so did. They recommended certain games to me and commented on the one I was buying. The service was very relaxed and not pushy when upselling. I found the layout of the store very easy to follow and was approached with a smile when I entered. I was told I could save money bu purchasing a loyalty card. I did so as I throughly enjoyed shopping there and will be making it a consistent visit when I need to buy a new game. .
