For christ sake, if they dont do that menu at certain times get over it. If money is an issue to yourself and family then maybe the cheap £3.79 carvery down the road would suit your wallet better. Why did you need to demand a refund, you didn't have to stay and eat there. This still is and will always remain a successful establishment to visit so may i suggest you bugger off somewhere that you might be welcomed and leave the Rushcutters alone..
