Have been several times my main complaint is that instead of just seating you and you waiting for ages and then getting frustrated and walking out it would be better if they admitted they are busy and give you some sort of indication of waiting times I have witnessed several people getting frustrated. Also it is a bit of luck who you get..some are better than others.
