A review of Vodafone UK by Tricia Bell written on Tuesday 11th of May 2010
My mobile phone has 'died' overnight. I am trying to contact a human being or a website which might assist me in identifying the problem.
This is impossible. The phone line is aimed at top up and account queries and I have given up! The website is not helpful either - as to how to deal with problems.
